The Group’s activities have a marked international dimension. Over 65% of the workforce is employed outside metropolitan France. In the countries where it is established, ERAMET engages in open and constructive dialogue with its employees and respects the working practices of every country.
ERAMET also makes use of tools to keep all its staff regularly and clearly informed (in-house newspapers, group intranet, etc.).
With the Leaders project, which aims to produce active contributors to progress, new, dynamic axes have been deployed group-wide. These require substantial input from the human resources department, particularly in the areas of annual targets, remuneration policy, mobility and recruitment.
